Community guidelines

BoardNights is a table where anyone should be able to pull up a chair. These are the ground rules.

Play fair

• No cheating, colluding, or using external help to gain an unfair edge.
• No stalling, rage-quitting, or spamming lobbies to grief others.
• Respect the outcome — win with grace, lose with grace.

Be kind

• No harassment, hate speech, slurs, threats, or personal attacks.
• No sexual content, especially anything involving minors. Zero tolerance.
• Keep it PG-13 in public chat. Trash-talk is fine; cruelty isn't.

Keep the table clean

• No advertising, referral spam, phishing links, or malware.
• No sharing personal information about other players.
• No impersonation of BoardNights staff or other players.

How we enforce

• Every player can block, mute, or leave a table at any time.
• Chat is filtered for slurs and abusive language automatically.
• Reports are reviewed by the BoardNights team. Consequences range from a warning to a permanent ban.

Reporting

Use the block button on any profile to stop hearing from someone. For serious incidents, email support@boardnights.app with the username and a description of what happened.
