Terms of service

By using BoardNights you agree to these terms. If you don't, please don't use the service.

Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe.
• One account per person. No selling, sharing, or automating accounts.

Fair play

• No cheating, botting, exploiting bugs, or scripting inputs.
• No deliberate disconnects, stalling, or ruining games for other players.
• No harassment, hate speech, threats, doxxing, or sexual content directed at minors — see the Community guidelines.

Virtual chips and cash-outs

Chips on BoardNights are virtual, have no cash value, cannot be traded, and cannot be redeemed for money or goods. "Cash out" refers to settling your table stack into your in-app lifetime ledger only.

Content you post

You keep ownership of what you post (chat messages, bio, avatar). You grant us a limited licence to display it inside BoardNights so that other players can see it. You are responsible for what you post.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or delete accounts that break these terms or the community guidelines, especially where safety is involved. You can close your account at any time from Settings.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it up, but we don't promise uninterrupted or error-free play. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
